Last weekend I went with Mindi Hall and Shelly Wardell and together we ran the Salt Lake Half Marathon. This was my second half marathon and I improved on my time by six minutes so I was super happy about that. Saturday was a beautiful day for a run and I am glad that I was able to finish!

good job!! i am both impressed, and proud because without me beating you up all the time in high school and teaching you to be tough, you probably would never have had the courage to run this! :P
