Best of August

So last week I had my first successful attempt making pizza from scratch. Normally I kill the yeast so it doesn't usually work out but this time it turned out beautifully. Other than I didn't realize that the recipe made two pizzas so the crust was like a loaf of bread.........but brother Kevin liked it so whatever.

The Hall's threw Emily's bridal shower this last weekend and it is tradition that we tie all the bows that are on the gifts in the brides hair.....then we had a photo shoot.
All of the girl Hall Cousins.
Then things got crazy as Alyson and Macey threw the rolls on Karalee's roof.

Me in my uncle Scott's Wrangers on our annual trip to Hanna. We were going on a four wheeler ride and I forgot to pack pants so I borrow his.......sexy kind of.....

Cache County Fair

For the first time ever I put a quilt that I did this summer in the Cache County Fair and I was so excited that I got a first place blue ribbon! But then I started looking around and almost everything in the room had either a blue or red ribbon....awkward!

Emily's Bridal Shower!

My little cousin is getting married in September and so my friend Kenzie and I threw her an ABC Bridal Shower. Everyone came up with some great ideas and we had a lot of fun!

I know how my much Emily LOVES chocolate so for the refreshments I decided to do a chocolate fountain and it was big hit!

Weekend in Riverton

This past weekend I was able to go up to Riverton Wyoming, where I went to Junior College and played volleyball for two years. My team mate Darby met me in Logan and then together we made the trek. This is Brittany, Brenda and Shanda Barlow. This is the part of the family that took care of me while I was there.....I LOVE this family!
Me, Darby and Nicole just chillin in the lake!
Steve Barlow started pulling us all on the tube after we all went cliff jumping...it was intense!

Bloomington Lake

A couple of weeks ago I went with some friends to Bloomington Lake. We started at Cub River in Idaho and took our four wheelers through the pass to get to the Lake. When we got there the others jumped into the lake off of the rope swing but I preferd to walk to the other side and jump off the cliffs into the Lake. It took us about two hours both ways but it was a blast!

The Sky View Has Beens

For the past couple of years I have been able to play with some of the Sky View Teachers in the Smithfield softball league. This year we ended up being tied for third place, but had a lot of fun and tons of laughs throughout the season.
